We require a talented Manager to lead our clients brand new Aged Care facility in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. This organisation has a passion for resident care, providing a crisp modern homely environment for everyone to enjoy.
As the Facility Manager, you will be leading a team of established and dedicated professionals.
- Reporting to the Executive Manager
- Financial and Budgeting responsibilities
- Ensure Quality planning, implementation and evaluation
- Develop and implement policies relevant to Aged Care standards Requirements
- RN with AHPRA registration
- Dynamic and Adaptable personality
- Genuine passion for Aged Care
- ACFI and Accreditation experience
- Experience with Retirement Villages highly desirable
- Other Relevant qualifications eg Management, Business Whats on offer
